Tigers vs. rangers Game Thread April 22

Boesch hitting .210 is still a better chance (1 in 5) of getting on base/scoring the run than giving up the out (no chance, unless they make an error). ill take the chance of a hit over no chance any time.

Agree, I think that the play should have just been make sure you pull the ball to the right side of the field to move the runner over. Not saying that wasn't what he was trying to do.

You guys assume BB can bunt..

lol...yeah that's a good point. I just think right now this team needs something positive to happen and get some momentum. What just happened was a bit deflating. It's a mental thing sometimes.

There are many ++ speed guys that can't bunt. Its a lost art. Its all about the Inge (HR).

I say use DY as the DH, have the P bat and let AJ cover CF and LF.

Santiago does nothing to improve a position we get terrible production out of.

If I was the GM, Worth and Santiago would split 2B, Raburn would be an OF Platoon guy against LHP, and Inge would be released outright, and he could go work for FSD or something.

There is something!

CF and LF were playing Santiago shallow...little do they know the power he possesses.
