Get StartedMight change my mind if CJ were to go down this year, cuz we would have those 2 solid receivers in Tate and Broyles. Btw, Broyles is going to play no less than 14 games this year, I'm calling it.
Cj goes down I guarantee people on here say stafford didn't have enough to be successful.
Calvin only played half the snaps against cleveland and the Giants. He did miss half games.
Lions starters missed 41 games. Only 19 other teams have missed more. Sure that's more than half the teams not the point. 13 of those we're related to James Jones. He is the corner stone of the defense.
Also Chris Houston missed time he is probably the best corner in the league.... Wait he was cut? Great move Mayhew.. We are better off without Houston.
I will actually defend the half game in Bush's case, it made a big difference in the 2nd half of a winnable game in Arizona.

69 total yards in a quarter and a half, he was fairly active in the passing game up to that point (3 catches, 44 yards). Was injured halfway through the 2nd quarter after making a big catch on 3rd down deep in Lions territory to extend a drive that eventually led to a TD.
All I'm saying is it's a bit sad that Bush for a half a game is make or break. And if we can't score in the 2nd half BECAUSE of Bush we got bigger problems.
Ya ....stafford....dont you remember your previous 10000 stafford sucks posts?

He was supposed to be a big addition to the offense going in, it was early and we could assume they were game planning around Bush being a dual threat out of the backfield. Losing that early in the 2nd game is tough.
Having an important offensive piece injured will lead to scoring troubles.
I suppose so. Then maybe their game plan was messed up because they had no back up plan. But you still had CJ and no points. It was more than Bush.
