Miguel Cabrera Triple Crown Watch

Always disagreeing, eh.

"Maybe I'm sick for a reason. Maybe it's his time. I don't really care about holding on to the home-run lead." -- that's basically exactly what he said.

I'm sick for a reason, maybe It's his time and I don't really care? Who does that?

And it wasn't classy what Hamilton said. That's not giving respect.

Oh, I dunno Mitch, maybe it means just what he said.

He does not care about getting the HR title and would like to see Cabrera win the triple crown. Oh my god, what a bastard!

No where did Hamilton say he was just going to stop hitting homeruns and that's the reason Miggy would win it.

Not everything is a conspiracy, Mitch.

"Maybe I'm sick for a reason" - why did he say that? Obviously I don't think he'd throw it and purposely not him HR's but this quite is just dumb. He's not giving Miggy the credit he deserves regardless what he says afterward. Tougue and cheek.

I'm just quoting him. It don't lie.

I think he's saying Cabrera was fated to win the triple crown.

Sorry, Hamilton's usually a dick, I just don't think he was being one this time.

Maybe, I just think it was an odd thing to say.

If Miggy doesn't get hot he is only going to get 1/3 of the triple crown and lose the MVP

Updated 9/28/12

Hopefully Miggy's success against Twinkie pitching keeps up.

Updated 9/29/12

No-one else of consequence has yet to play tonight so I'm updating this now while I have a free moment.

Hamilton and the Rangers got rained out.
Willingham didn't play for the Twins today.
Billy Butler threatening to knock Prince out of the top 5 for RBIs.
Besides those 2 homers a few days ago, Dunn has really dropped off power wise.

Miggy's gonna win RBI
I think Encarnacion is his biggest threat in HR. Mauer will challenge him in BA.

For whatever reason, Emcarmacion hasn't played the last couple games. It's Hamilton that's a threat now.

encarnacion got hurt a couple days ago.
Encarnacion (back) missed his third consecutive game Tuesday but hasn't been ruled out entirely for Wednesday's game, the team's official site reports.

hopefully trout and hamilton both miss tomorrow.

trout is 1-2 so far tonight and remains at .325, .006 back of miggy. BA is fairly safe. hamilton just needs to not hit a homer and we're good.

trout is now 1-3, still at .325. hopefully he has another few hitless ABs.
