2. "fine" is a matter of opinion, and very subjective. did we have to scramble and restructure any contracts for an arguably weak FA class? no... did we bolster some positions and get quality depth? yes (although the negative people will say no). once again, a matter of opinion.

If the season started tomorrow I would agree with you. We still have the draft, more free agency and vets will be cut after the draft and through camp.

We are not a contender right now so top free agents will go elsewhere. If we over paid for players to get them here you would complain about that.

Are we in perfect shape...no. But we are getting close to being set of offense and can use the fraft to build the D.
